Neuros_logoWant to get your favorite Simpsons episode on you PSP? Neuros technology develops portable digital media hardware and software to simplify recording and transfering digital video. Their flagship product, the Neuros Recorder, is a digital video recorder that takes input from any video source (TV, DVD, satellite, cable, camcorder) and outputs a file (MPEG4) that can be played on your iPod, PSP, smartphone, mobilephone, laptop. It's a standalone device so no computer or complex setup is required.

Joe's entrepreneurial career began in 1993 when he left graduate school and applied for a patent for the SkipDR, a CD and DVD repair product. They began with funding from 50 small investors (totaling about $50K). Neuros was originally a division of Digital Innovations and was spun off as a separate company in 2003.
