The companiy provides a wide range of industries with supply-chain and channel management software -- including applications for warehouse management, secure communications, product information and content management.
Michael founded and built ClickCommerce over a decade. During that time he's been an important and dependable connector between the technology community and other Chicago business leaders. His executive team is built from veterans of other local ventures with people like Nancy Koenig (previously from Motorola), John Tuhey (Tellabs), Justin Dearborn (Motorola) and David Arney (Q Interactive, eLoyalty). As part of its growth the company made a number of acquisitions including Xelus, Optum as well as assets from Elance and others. ClickCommerce was purchased by Illinois Tool Works for $292 million in September 2006.
