Prior to Fieldglass Jai co-founded Quinnox, an Naperville-based IT and Business Process Outsourcing firm with development and sales operations in the US, UK, Japan, India and South Africa. Before that he was a Consultant with McKinsey & Co. and head of operations at Syntel, a software services firm. Sean serves as CTO and previously worked for Giant Step (now ARC Worldwide) and the Strategic Technologies group at Arthur Andersen. The company has raised almost $40MM in venture capital from a number of funds around the country.
