Scott_wald_1Scott co-founded SurePayroll (#1 online payroll service) with Troy Henikoff and continues as its Chairman - Michael Alter is President, Mark Achler was an investor via Kettle Partners, Harry Gottlieb and team did their demo. Scott previously founded ASAP Software Express - a corporate software distributor - and sold the company in '96 for ~$100MM. He is a board member at OptionsXpress and was a Director at InstallShield. Romer Services is a private investment firm.
