Eric co-founded and edits Freshwater Venture with Keith Schacht, and he chairs the Chicago board of the Taproot Foundation with Adam Hecktman, Chris Morgan, Charles Coustan. He's worked with Zach Kaplan and Josh Metnick as an advisor to their respective companies. He was CEO of Katabat Corporation, acquired in 2005 by Trader Publishing/Dominion. He built the company with Dave Sidwell, Ara Bayindiryan, and many others (with a financial assist from Bob Geras). Prior to Katabat, Eric was at Giant Step with Kate Edwards, Eric Heneghan, Mike Ruffalo, Rishad Tobaccowala, Mike Leff, Sean Chou and Mike Sands before the company was acquired by Leo Burnett. Eric graduated from the University of Michigan and Kellogg. In January, he's headed to Google.

Charley is CFO at FeedBurner (where he works with 
Kate is CEO of CenterPost where they help deliver multi-channel alerts (SMS, phone, fax) on behalf of other companies. Kate worked with COO, Peter Largen, at CCC/DriveLogic (they switched roles). She was also GM of Giant Step where she worked with a gang that included Rishad Tobaccowalla, 
Dick is co-founder/CEO FeedBurner, the distribution, tracking and measurement layer of the blog and publishing world. This is company #3 with Eric Lunt, Steve Olechowski, Matt Shobe - they co-founded Spyonit.com (sold to 724 Solutions) and Burning Door (sold to DKA). At DKA they worked with Marc Landsberg. Matt McCall is one of his VC investors. Other FeedBurner co-workers include Eric Olsen.
